What MLS boards are covered in Florida?

IDX Broker covers Stellar MLS (Central FL), Miami REALTORS® MLS, Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale, Southwest Florida MLS, and most other Florida boards. We confirm your specific board at signup before charging you anything.

Do I need an existing Dragon Workflows website?

Yes — IDX integration requires your site to be hosted with Dragon Workflows. If you don't have one yet, add a website package and IDX together at checkout and we'll set both up at the same time.

What's the difference between Self-Managed and Managed?

With Self-Managed, you create your own IDX Broker account and pay them directly (~$55/mo). We charge a one-time $199 setup fee to wire it into your site. With Managed, we own and operate the IDX Broker account on your behalf — you pay us $75/mo and don't deal with a separate vendor.

How quickly will IDX be live on my site?

Typically 3–5 business days after we receive your MLS board credentials and confirm your board coverage. For Managed service, we handle the IDX Broker signup — usually 2–3 business days once MLS board registration clears.

Can I cancel the Managed plan?

Yes, month-to-month with 30 days notice. If you cancel, the IDX search section on your site will be replaced with a static placeholder — your rest of your site is unaffected.
